English/Reading ACT Test Prep, $410, SUMMER, 105 minutes, $400

This class meets once a week on Tuesdays for 8 weeks at the same day/time each week.  This 8 week course was put together by a college professor to help our students learn new strategies and skills in order to maximize your child's full potential when taking the ACT.  Students will become familiar with the test format, thus reducing test anxiety and improving overall performance. The teacher for this class has both her bachelor's and master's degrees, as well as, extensive collegiate level training to become a writing tutor for college writing centers. She's designed this course which utilizes key techniques, including the Princeton Review, to help students reach their maximum potential on college entrance exams. 

This class will meet once a week for 1 hour and 45 minutes minutes.  Class size is kept small. The cost of the class is $400 for all of June and July--8 weeks total.  Total cost includes payment for the class, materials fee, facility rental fee, and registration. Payment for this class will include a Princeton Review ACT prepbook for each student in the class. The book is yours to keep and will also have key strategies for the math and essay writing portions. We are a LLC, have filings with the state, and carry insurance.   The payment is due upon registration.  Since we secure staff, rent classroom space, and prepare materials based on the amount of students registered, no refunds will be given for students who drop the class.  You are welcome to see if you can find a replacement to take your child's place and you can collect the payment for the sessions.  Make-up sessions are not offered for missed sessions. The teacher might provide make-up work, but we will not be able to reschedule summer sessions due to classroom availability and other teaching commitments.  Encompass Academics will monitor the safety guidelines set out by the governor and will follow thorough health and safety guidelines which include disinfecting between classes, liberal use of hand sanitizer, adherence to a strict no sick policy, and keeping class size small to prohbit children from being exposed to larger groups.
